We Are Here To Serve You

The Covenant Group works with professional services organizations to help them, their partners, and their employees develop confidence and competency in selling and marketing the full range of their capabilities to clients. Our programs help professionals move from knowing to doing. Our passion lies in designing effective strategies to increase the revenue and profitability of your business. Our programs solve specific and unique challenges that constrain an organization’s business growth and talent development.

Professional services – accountants, lawyers, real estate agents and management consultants – often have difficulty building their business because they lack the skill sets required to sell and market their services. They are often adept at their technical skill and are incredibly knowledgeable, but were not taught how to leverage this expertise to build a sustainable business. At other times, they might be constrained within the bounds of a larger organization. They have the dual responsibility of building a business within a business.
